This course consists of 11 monthly weekends enabling successful participants to practise Shiatsu on family and friends.

The theory aspect has allowed me to look at things in my life in a totally different way and this can only be a good thing!

Why do this course?

To enjoy learning practical Shiatsu skills that you can use to help yourself, your friends and your family to better health and wellbeing.

You will participate in a learning environment with three teachers who bring skills and expertise gained from a variety of sources, and with other students who will all be sharing what they have gained through their own experiences.

We have seen people grow and develop as they learn about Shiatsu, and recognize how this has greatly enriched their lives.
