The Shiatsu School Edinburgh (TSSEd) is running a series of Postgraduate Shiatsu courses from February 2008.
Please see the postgraduate page for more details.
The Shiatsu School Edinburgh (TSSEd) will be running a series of Introductory Shiatsu courses on Saturdays 6 September and 18 October 2008; and 24 January, 28 March and 6 June 2009.
They will be held at The Theosophical Society, Great Kings Street,
Edinburgh, from 10 am–5.30 pm. The cost is £42 per day; and £72 for 2 people booking together for the same day. These courses are an excellent way of finding out what Shiatsu is, and taking home new skills that will benefit yourself, your friends and family. You will also get the chance to see where the School's courses run, meet TSSEd teachers and ask any questions you may have on the different training courses available.
These monthly days will introduce you to, or remind you of, what Shiatsu is, how you can use acupressure points, techniques for a full-body Shiatsu massage for family and friends, and some fascinating theory to put it all into context.
Information regarding Shiatsu training for baby massage practitioners can be found on Tamsin Grainger's website.
