The course will be a balanced mixture of theoretical and practical components, with a focus on experiential learning. Practical skills learned in class will be reinforced with written and practical homework set between weekends and regular constructive criticism is given.
Individual tutorials are offered half way through the course where you will get direct one to one feedback on your development. Assessments are held at the end of the year (practical and written).
Eligibility
Students will have completed the previous year with The Shiatsu School, Edinburgh (or a recognised equivalent course), or demonstrate that they have reached the necessary level for entry. A willingness to participate and experiment, in addition to demonstrating commitment to the course is important.
Dates
The 10 weekends amount to 162.5 hours. Saturdays & Sundays 10am - 5.30pm.

The Theosophical Society, 28 Great King Street. The Theosophical Society is a grand, centrally-located, fully-equipped Georgian Town House. Easily reached by public transport & with free parking. Also The Salisbury Centre, 2 Salisbury Road, Edinburgh, EH16 5AB.

Payment
Payment is by a non-refundable deposit of £200 (or £150 if paid by June 30) followed by 10 monthly instalments of £143 from September 2008 to June 2009 inclusive.
The total cost for year 2 is £1,630 (or £1,580 if paid by June 30).
